ITINERARY
LONG SON PAGODA
The most impressive construction in Nha Trang is Long Son Pagoda founded in 19th century. After several renovations, the biggest one in 1963 when the huge white buddha was built in the memory of the monks and nuns who burnt themselves to protest against religious persecution. On the high flat ground you will have a general view of the city far below. You can see the web-like a a maze of streets and roads and houses and the river gently winding along.
PONAGAR TEMPLE
These cham towers were built during 7th century to honour the goddess Ponagar considered to be the mother of mothers, the goddess of the country, who came to be identified with the Hindu goddesses Bhagavati and Mahishasuramardini. From the towers you see the panoramic views of the river meets the sea.
DAM MARKET
The market on the swamp. Dam Market is Nha Trang's central market. Located in the heart of Nha Trang City, Dam Market is not only the main Trade Centre with various merchandises but also the interesting part of town and a good place to get away from the tourist centre. Here you can experience the hustle and bustle of a local fish, meat, and vegetable market.
HOT SPRING CENTER-MUD BATH
Now, it is a great time for you to enjoy soaking in the nutrient- rich mud baths
