The Mekong Featured Tour takes you to Cai be and Vinh Long. You will visit the floating market where the local people from different regions of Mekong bring their produces to this market for exchanging and trading. You will cycle around the island, visit their fruit gardens and listen to the traditional Vietnamese music as well.

Itinerary
7.00 am: We pick you up from your hotel in Saigon and head to National Highway to Cai Be. You will see green rice fields and the daily lives of The Vietnamese along the road.
Cái Bè is a river-land mixed town in Vietnam. It is a rural district of Tiền Giang province in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. Along the river, there are docks that handle passengers and goods, and the floating market. Cái Bè is the north shore of Mỹ Thuận bridge, the gateway to the city of Vĩnh Long and the Cửu Long River Delta. As of 2003, the district had a population of 290,457. The district covers an area of 421 km². The district capital lies at Cái Bè. Cái Bè was a location for the U.S. television series The Amazing Race 15 (2009).
Upon arrival Cai Be Town, we take a leisurely motor boat ride visit the Cai Be floating market, an interesting style of market in the Mekong Delta. Every day, the boats filled with fruits, vegetables and other local products anchor along the banks of the river, waiting for traders and customers. Additionally, we can see local people being selling, buying, and exchanging goods from their boats. After that, wander into the small villages see the local people made coconut candy, rise crispy cake, popcorn, rice paper making, handicrafts workshop,…and so on.
Then we leave Cai Be, keep cruising through waterways on an exploration of the lush Mekong Delta region to An Binh Island to visit the local house and stroll on the village paths. Have lunch on the island, the local people will serve you the local delicacy. From here we have a pleasant time riding bicycles to the villages, sightseeing or relaxing on the hammock. At here we have a good time to relax on the rowing boat into small canals or at least enjoy moments of peace of the countryside. Then continue on boat to Vinh Long City.
After a short visit to the Vinh Long Local Market we go to check-in our home stay. Stay overnight in home stay, visitors will have a dinner with with the local people. It is also a good chance to experience the activities of the local by night in small village of Mekong.
After breakfast we take a Cycling Tour to visit the Literature Temple, the Local Cottage Industries, the Ancient House. You will experience the way of life of the local people. Chat to them to learn how they do cultivating, planting fruit trees garden. Continue cycling we visit the Carpenter Village, Pagoda, Khmer’s Village and Incense Making Village before we stop for lunch. Then we rejoin the bus to go back to Saigon.
We drop you off at your hotel where we bid you farewell.
